The single point focus



Many people need to focus to get things done in life and this is an honourable quality to have. Sometimes this devotion or fixation on an unit element blinds you to the surroundings. This applies as well when it comes to happiness. We tend to focus on that single fibre of joy and overlook how it was built and where it came from. When looking at the bigger picture we can understand the many elements that are intertwined that lets us enjoy our lives in a broader perspective.

Look at the tree but enjoy the forest.

Waking up and looking forward



When waking up today i started with my first step to enjoy my day, nothing complicated or elaborate. Just made myself a hot drink and started my routine. Enjoying oneself needs to start from the simple things. Once you understand key point the rest just comes naturally.

You just need to takes one step to be happy.
